Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the services provided by LocalReview Direct, a service of Income Empire Business LLC, accessible at www.localreviewdirect.com. LocalReview Direct provides software that sends SMS review requests to a business's customers and tracks the results. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

You must provide accurate business and contact information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for legitimate businesses requesting reviews from their own genuine customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are provided except where required by law. If a payment fails we may suspend messaging until the balance is resolved. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

You must not use the service to:

• Message people who have not done business with you or who have opted out;
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading content;
• Offer incentives for reviews in violation of platform policies or law;
• Upload data you have no right to use, or attempt to access another business's data;
• Interfere with or probe the security of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Program description. LocalReview Direct is the messaging service used by an enrolled local business to send that business's own customers a text message asking for a Google review after a completed, paid job. The enrolled business is the sender of record; LocalReview Direct, operated by Income Empire Business LLC, delivers the message on its behalf. Messages are transactional customer-care messages relating to a transaction the recipient already completed with that business.

Consent. The recipient's express consent is obtained directly by the business from its own customer at the point of service — verbally using our published script, on a signed one-page consent form, or when the customer texts the business first. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, traded, scraped, or obtained from any third party. • Message frequency: about 1 message per completed job, with at most one reminder.
• Msg & data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile plan.
• Opt-out: recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and cannot be overridden by the business.
• Help: recipients can reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@localreviewdirect.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent record is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Such information is shared only with the aggregators and carriers required to deliver the message, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

This messaging program is used exclusively to request reviews for the enrolled business that served the customer. LocalReview Direct does not operate lead generation, does not send marketing, promotional, affiliate, or sweepstakes content, does not message on behalf of any party other than the business that obtained the consent, and never shares a consumer's number between enrolled businesses. Each business's customer data is isolated to that business.

The service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, carriers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any particular number of reviews will be received or that reviews will be positive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
